Field Auto Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Meet clients at their residence, a repair facility, or a towing yard.

• Prepare estimates and assist customers throughout the repair or total loss process.

• Assess damage on-site or collaborate with body shops and service providers.

• Utilize a combination of face-to-face visits, virtual assessments, and written correspondence.

• Maintain organized and timely records within the claims system.

• Ensure claims are accurately documented and compliant with policy agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in automobile collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell software.

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and thorough estimates.

• Proficient in using technology and various platforms for claims processing.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple assignments efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel as part of job responsibilities.
