This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manage the claims process by meeting customers at their locations.

• Prepare estimates and assist customers throughout the repair or total loss journey.

• Work in collaboration with body shops and service providers.

• Employ in-person meetings, virtual inspections, and written communications to execute responsibilities.

• Keep accurate and timely records in the claims management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce precise and comprehensive estimates.

• Comfortable using technology and various platforms for claims processing.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as required by the role.
