Field Auto Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepare estimates on-site at customer residences, repair facilities, or tow yards

• Interact through face-to-face meetings, virtual sessions, or written correspondence to evaluate damages

• Conclude estimates with both customers and repair shops

• Perform assessments for repairable claims, total loss evaluations, and virtual inspections

• Examine casualty claims by conducting thorough damage assessments

• Assess and negotiate claims resolutions with customers and service providers

• Employ tools to efficiently accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment

• Ensure precise documentation within the claims management system

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective customer interactions

• Keen attention to detail with the capability to create accurate and thorough estimates

• Proficient in using technology and various platforms for processing claims

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed for job responsibilities

• Must secure an adjuster’s license in multiple markets within 60 days of employment
