Field Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct demonstrations, install instruments, and deliver vital training to customers.

• Address clinical application issues faced by customers and provide technical support to Sales Representatives.

• Collaborate closely with the regional/local team to safeguard, nurture, and expand the company's business by effectively supporting the existing customer base.

• Relay technical and clinical information, ensuring customers utilize instruments efficiently and competently in suitable applications.

• Propel the ongoing enhancement of activities and processes that add value to both the customer and the business, while tracking customer satisfaction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical Microbiology laboratory.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
