Field Applications Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert assistance to international clients, addressing their application requirements and resolving both equipment and software challenges.

• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and promoting high performance.

• Ensure the timely and successful execution of tasks as per the established schedule.

• Take the lead on projects aimed at enhancing building operations, software application testing, and application development.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Software, Science, and Production teams on various special initiatives.

• Uphold a positive mindset and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• More than 7 years of experience in genetics and/or molecular biology.

• Demonstrated expertise in oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, nucleic acid purification, data analysis, and experimental development.

• Exceptional skills in customer interaction and communication.

• Capability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.

• A passion for problem-solving and delivering top-notch solutions to clients.

• Extensive experience in the fields of genetics and/or molecular biology.

• Proficient knowledge of oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, nucleic acid purification, data analysis, and experimental development.

• A solid track record of successfully implementing solutions in a customer-centric environment.
