This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer technical support and training for the Olink proteomics product lineup.
• Work alongside sales teams and customers to provide product demonstrations and application support that fosters research and innovation.
• Supply both pre- and post-sales technical knowledge across various technology platforms.
• Create new applications and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and promote business growth through technical excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of relevant experience; an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Proven expertise in method development and solving technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong capabilities in presentation and training for both technical and non-technical groups.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment.
• Experience in project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%.
