This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of instrumentation, products, and techniques produced and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.
• Successfully achieve designated implementation milestones to ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Collaborate with Field Service and provide assistance, if required, with instrument installations.
• Support and, when necessary, lead customer calls during the implementation and go-live phases.
• Facilitate integration with the customer’s Laboratory Information System.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to highlight the features and capabilities of EUROIMMUN products for customers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering technical solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work alongside sales teams to deliver technical support during the sales cycle, including pre-sales presentations and post-sales assistance.
• Document and disseminate technical information, such as customer feedback, product challenges, and solutions, to foster continuous enhancement of products and services.
• Travel to customer locations, conferences, workshops, and seminars to provide on-site support, presentations, and training.
• Assist in developing technical documentation, application notes, and educational resources to aid customers in utilizing EUROIMMUN US products.
• Manage weekly administrative responsibilities, including project updates, customer activities, travel expenses, and quality requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 3 years of laboratory experience, with familiarity in immunofluorescence, ELISA, and/or chemiluminescence.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a passport.
• A BS in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent military training and experience, particularly in instrumentation and computers.
• Preferred four or more years of experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or in a related field.
• Technically skilled in conducting IVD assays and understanding the principles behind these assays.
• Experience with LIS connectivity (HL7, ASTM) is preferred.
• Well-organized, capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable delivering training and informational seminars to customers.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates a high level of critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with experience in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software.
• Willing to travel up to 70% within the US, with occasional international travel as necessary.
