Field Application Engineer, EMEA

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing expansion of the EMEA region

• Provide pre-sales and technical assistance

• Work alongside the sales team to assess opportunities and establish technical solutions

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person

• Act as a reliable technical resource throughout the sales journey

• Engage with customers and implement solutions

• Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions with clients

• Offer technical support during and after the implementation phase

• Guarantee a seamless transition to Customer Success

• Communicate customer and market insights to the product teams

• Represent CM Labs at industry events, trade shows, and client locations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline

• 3–7+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role

• In-depth understanding of software platforms and technical systems

• Proven experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations

• Capability to convert technical information into clear business benefits

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and international teams

• Fluent in both German and English
