• Successfully carrying out a diverse array of field activities, including property inspections, verification of maintenance completions, occupancy assessments, and more.

• Modifying work techniques and strategies to effectively address the distinct requirements of each property and task.

• Sourcing necessary materials required for the effective completion of tasks.

• Managing tasks throughout their entire process, from initiation to completion along with appropriate documentation.

• Timely identifying and discussing any challenges related to tasks with the Home365 team.

• Guaranteeing the precise execution of assignments according to specified guidelines.

• Completing assigned tasks within set deadlines.
