Field After-Sales Service (SAV) Technician – Industrial Labeling Machines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Installation and commissioning of automated labeling systems.

• Providing training to customer operators and maintenance personnel.

• Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

• Repairing and restoring machines to meet compliance standards.

• Compiling intervention reports.

• Offering technical support and advice to clients.

• Documenting field information and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Managing a dedicated inventory of spare parts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–15 years of relevant experience.

• Technical qualification ranging from Bac to Bac+2 in fields such as electrotechnics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, MAI, or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in field after-sales service for industrial machines (including special machines, packaging, labeling, etc.).

• Strong ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.

• Proficiency in utilizing technical drawings (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP).

• Proficient technical English is necessary.

• A valid driving license B is required.

• Willingness to travel, with the potential for 1 to 4 overnight stays per week.
