
Field Account Representative – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new accounts, retaining current accounts, and exploring opportunities with existing customers in both core and emerging industries to achieve annual sales targets.
• Establish and nurture robust sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all organizational levels, ensuring sustainability over the long term.
• Oversee sales volume with current customers while actively seeking and acquiring new clients to broaden and diversify the customer base.
• Create and execute strategies to enhance business presence in the designated area.
• Share market insights and competitor data with relevant departments across the organization, promoting strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
• Work with leadership to assess market trends and customer requirements, offering valuable insights for developing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in monthly business meetings for all company-sponsored associations, engage in local trade shows, and represent the organization in regional or national events as required.
• Proactive sales professional with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of prioritizing sales activities and administrative duties.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Experience in consultative/solution selling is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related field.
• Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in a related area, or an MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
