Field Account Representative, Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as the main on-site representative for McKesson at client locations.

• Foster robust, professional relationships as a reliable partner and problem solver.

• Maintain professionalism and composure when addressing customer inquiries or service challenges.

• Assist with the onboarding process for new customers, which includes:

• Helping with initial setup and ordering procedures.

• Being physically present during initial shipments and go-live events.

• Overseeing shipment arrivals on-site and ensuring order accuracy.

• Identify and rectify discrepancies, such as:

• Missing items.

• Damaged shipments.

• Backorders.

• Conduct service visits at designated health system customer locations.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through:

• Performance of service levels.

• Timeliness and responsiveness.

• Reliability and follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least 2+ years of pertinent experience (customer-facing, operations, or field support).

• Valid Driver’s License: 7-year Motor Vehicle Report to be completed prior to employment.

• Proven track record of employing a hands-on, solution-focused approach.

• Capability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure environments.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness — recognizing the importance of timely and proactive follow-up.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Aptitude for real-time problem-solving, often directly with customers on-site.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ordering/technology systems.
