This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Surpasses sales and profit objectives within a specified territory by executing sales and marketing initiatives and formulating both short-term and long-term sales strategies.
β’ Propels growth by acquiring profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting efforts.
β’ Effectively manages sales and customer retention programs to improve overall sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Develops a strategic sales call itinerary and participates in face-to-face customer visits to uncover key opportunities.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
β’ Experience with a large volume of product lines.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with technology.
β’ Familiarity with facilities products including hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
β’ Competence in MS Excel and Salesforce, or a comparable CRM system.
β’ Background in consultative selling or solution-based selling.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote work environment.
