FIDC Business Originator, Active Portfolio – PJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate a portfolio of corporate clients (PJ) throughout Brazil, excluding the state of Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

• Manage relationships and drive business growth.

• Structure credit transactions effectively.

• Engage with medium to large enterprises (monthly revenue starting from BRL 500,000); companies with revenues below BRL 500,000 will not be considered.

• Aim for a target portfolio of BRL 5 million within a timeframe of 6 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous commercial/sales experience is essential.

• Background in the financial sector, including funds or structured credit.

• Experience in managing a corporate client portfolio (PJ).

• Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and finalizing deals.

• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (CNH).

• Willingness to travel as required.

• An active client portfolio valued at a minimum of BRL 5 million.

• Experience collaborating with multiple funds.

• Familiarity with securitization and financing of receivables/advances on receivables.

🏝️ Benefits

• Activation bonus: BRL 1,000 for each client, payable upon the completion of the first transaction.

• The first monthly fee for current and escrow accounts will be awarded to the commercial agent as a bonus at the time of account opening.

• Compensation is entirely commission-based, ranging from 6% to 7% on the discount margin realized at the settlement of receivables.
