
FHA Mortgage Origination Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to a diverse range of calls and emails from the mortgage lending sector and the general public regarding FHA guidelines and procedures.
β’ Leverage your mortgage industry expertise to find answers in a knowledge database to address client requests.
β’ Adhere to standard operating procedures across various topics, systems, and communication channels.
β’ Record all interactions in a database.
β’ Stay informed about FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
β’ High School diploma or GED is required.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience with FHA loans (such as loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer) along with an additional year of customer service or contact center experience; or at least three years of loan origination experience with conventional loans and/or other government-backed loans (e.g., FHA, USDA, VA).
β’ Ability to navigate various computer systems and applications, utilizing search tools to provide information to clients.
β’ Strong time management abilities and reliability.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which entails a credit check and background investigation.
β’ Experience in a Contact Center environment (omnichannel) is preferred.
β’ Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English), both verbal and written, are advantageous.
β’ Knowledge and experience with FHA processes.
