Feed Implementation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team dedicated to implementing new eligibility and claims data integration feeds.

• Supervise comprehensive data analysis and error reporting to assess the performance of new feeds and troubleshoot any issues.

• Collaborate with the team and external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve challenges for new clients.

• Drive the ongoing enhancement of internal tools, documentation, and processes related to feed implementation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading initiatives, encompassing both project and personnel leadership.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in healthcare data, specifically with eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files).

• Knowledge of data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards, and file transformation/mapping.

• Excellent communication abilities with a background in working cross-functionally alongside external partners.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset, along with a readiness to engage with complex tasks.

• A strong commitment to transforming healthcare and enhancing outcomes for both members and clients.
