Federal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Guides cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones punctually, within financial constraints, and in accordance with the program's strategic goals.

• This entails proficient management of project scope, resources, value propositions, technical strategies, and communication with stakeholders, ultimately resulting in the successful delivery of program solutions.

• Introducing innovative concepts for the revenue cycle, clinician solutions, and procurement with the Federal Government.

• Overseeing the partnership between Federal Market Solutions and our Government clients.

• Aiding in the creation of new proposals to secure future Government contracts.

• Undertakes additional related tasks on an as-needed basis to support Solventum Federal Market Solutions, demonstrating a growth-oriented mindset and an understanding of the connection between revenue and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in Commercial or Federal Project Management or software delivery, OR a High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of experience in Commercial or Federal Project Management or software delivery.

• Must be capable of passing a Government background check for a T3 Public Trust position.

• Familiarity with and comprehension of the federal government healthcare landscape, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA).

• Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle and the workflows related to an organization's Revenue Cycle in both Professional and Facility Coding areas.

• Experience with the implementation and maintenance of 3M 360 Encompass.

• Ability to devise creative solutions, navigate challenging situations diplomatically, and manage multiple project streams and teams effectively.

• Proven operational and strategic mindset focused on results, with a strong inclination towards swift, agile, and high-quality execution, alongside exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficient in program management methodologies or PMP certified.
