This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Act as a trusted advisor and specialist to Federal Partners.
• Create collaborative partner plans in line with HPE Federal business objectives.
• Propel comprehensive HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through collaborative business plans and data-informed sales initiatives.
• Communicate HPE's global and local business strategies for selling with, to, and through Partners.
• Customize HPE solutions to meet the profiles of partner customers.
• Gain insights into partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscapes, investment strategies, HPE priorities, and technology.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with Partners to enhance HPE market share.
• Organize HPE activities, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client interactions.
• Propel HPE marketing strategy through customer engagement.
• Lead account mapping efforts with Partners and HPE Sales teams.
• Execute HPE strategies, programs, and systems on behalf of Partners.
• Persuade Partners to enhance their teams, including sellers, Solution Architects, and other resources focused on HPE portfolios.
• Adapt selling solutions involving HPE products, services, and technology alliances to meet assigned quotas.
• Observe Partner sales environments to assist in pipeline development.
• Ensure Partners are knowledgeable of and adhere to HPE Standards of Business Conduct and relevant legal obligations.
• Over 8 years of sales experience within the federal ecosystem at the end-user account or partner level.
• More than 5 years of experience in the Federal partner domain.
• At least 5 years of networking sales experience, encompassing switching, routing, wireless LAN, firewall, and SASE.
• A minimum of 5 years in new business acquisition and developing existing accounts, including selling to C-suite executives.
• Over 5 years of experience presenting to medium- to large-sized audiences, including C-suite members.
• A University or Bachelor's degree; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes.
• Strong awareness of current technology trends and HPE's strategic direction.
• Skills in sales, account management, portfolio management, partner industry engagement, negotiation, conflict resolution, financial acumen, forecasting, communication, time management, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and experience working with various federal contracts.
• Professional, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
