This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Utilizing statistical modeling, data mining, and other best practices, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will conduct data analysis and facilitate the distribution of marketing campaigns and initiatives via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• By applying a diverse analytical skill set, the Specialist aids in reporting Marketing outcomes to the business.
• Email and Landing Page Development: Collaborate with the Design Team to create targeted, responsive email campaigns on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform or various other email platforms, employing coding languages such as AMPScript, HTML, and CSS to develop visually appealing email templates and dynamic content that aligns with brand standards while ensuring compatibility across different browsers and email clients.
• This position will work closely with business unit teams to translate campaign objectives into technical email solutions and monitor performance metrics to enhance email strategies.
• Campaign Automation, API Integrations & Customizations: Develop automated Journeys using tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Configure triggers, personalize user experiences, and integrate with external systems (Salesforce CRM, external databases, or other marketing tools). Create custom integrations to facilitate data exchange and automate workflows.
• Maintain and enhance relevant lists and sendable data extensions to securely manage subscriber data.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance using Subscriber Preview and Test Send to confirm personalization and rendering prior to launch.
• Distribute emails through one-time deployments in Email Studio or orchestrate automated, behavior-driven communications in Journey Builder.
• Execute queries and stored procedures against databases.
• Provide ad-hoc data requests, understanding internal clients' objectives, processes, and products to make informed recommendations on modifications to campaign strategies.
• Conduct data mining and exploration of both internal and external data sources for use in statistical modeling. Maintain a project tracker for effective communication with clients.
• Required experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically using Email Studio and proficiency in AMPScript.
• Preferred proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with API integration, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Distributed Marketing, and Marketing Cloud Connect is preferred.
