Fashion Designer, Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance in both design and garment development.

• Oversee the team's workload by creating design assets, updating technical documentation, and facilitating product development from initial concept to final production.

• Support seasoned designers in a mid-level capacity rather than functioning as an independent designer.

• Execute design support tasks such as preparing CAD boards, applying colorways, revising designs based on internal feedback, and developing presentation-ready design layouts utilizing Adobe Illustrator.

• Create and maintain technical packs for product specifications, ensuring that product documentation is precise and current.

• Provide support to the Design and Garment Technical teams as needed and assist with cross-functional support tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a Fashion Design, Garment Design, or Product Development Support role.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in creating or updating CAD drawings.

• Familiarity with garment technical packs and product documentation.

• Capability to accurately interpret design briefs and implement necessary revisions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.

• Self-driven with the initiative to identify opportunities for contribution beyond assigned responsibilities.

• Experience in preparing garment construction details.

• Understanding of garment measurements and points of measure (POM).

• Exposure to apparel manufacturing or production processes.

• Experience supporting both design and garment technical teams.

• Experience with supplier or factory sourcing.
