This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead engaging product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting how Raspberry AI enhances real fashion workflows.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during discovery calls to gain insights into customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
• Customize demonstrations and presentations to align with specific customer use cases in fashion design, DPC, product development, merchandising, and visual creation.
• Act as a trusted expert in fashion and workflows throughout the evaluation phase, assisting prospects in visualizing how Raspberry AI integrates with their existing processes.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions with design, product development, merchandising, and creative teams.
• Address product, workflow, and technical inquiries throughout the sales journey via live calls, email, Slack, or Loom.
• Develop tailored demo assets, sample outputs, presentations, and use-case examples that resonate with potential customers.
• Collect and convey customer feedback, objections, feature requests, and workflow insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance demo narratives, messaging, and customer-facing materials continuously.
• Create and maintain demo environments, sales enablement materials, workflow examples, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Stay updated on Raspberry AI product developments and broader AI tools pertinent to fashion and design workflows.
• Represent Raspberry AI as a product and fashion authority during customer meetings, webinars, events, and industry discussions.
• 3–7+ years of experience in the fashion industry (design, accessory design, DPC, 3D, CAD, product development, design ops, or related fields).
• Experience in or related to DPC workflows (3D design, digital sampling, PLM, CAD, virtual product creation, digital asset creation).
• Solid understanding of fashion visuals (garments, prints, footwear, accessories, materials, silhouettes, styling, brand aesthetics, visual merchandising).
• Proven experience in presenting, training, consulting, or engaging with clients in a professional environment.
• Comfortable leading live demonstrations and interacting with designers, product developers, creative leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong discovery and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling product narratives.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and capability to address product and workflow questions in real time.
• Quick learner of new software with the ability to explain complex tools clearly to others.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Organized, proactive, and adept at working in a fast-paced startup environment.
