Farsi Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide lessons that align with Berlitz teaching principles, emphasizing the goals, needs, and interests of learners.

• Perform level assessments and needs analyses as directed by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

• Teach both private and group sessions at the Learning Center, at designated offsite venues, or online, as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager.

• Regularly meet with the Academic Specialist to engage in lesson evaluations and coaching plans aimed at enhancing teaching capabilities and achieving SMART goals.

• Complete training and professional development courses available on the @Berlitz Learning website and/or attend face-to-face live sessions as assigned by the Academic Specialist.

• Maintain accurate pedagogical and attendance records for students.

• Incorporate educational technology into teaching methodologies and manage shared teaching resources.

• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary for effective performance, as delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in the language(s) intended for instruction.

• Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Availability for flexible working hours.

• Capable of taking initiative and working independently.

• Must be available during daytime hours.
