This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Thoughtfully engage with customers to identify their needs

• Handle a large volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a specified schedule, including assigned breaks and lunches
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Farsi
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications
