Family Petition Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial intake and discovery calls with potential clients.

• Collect and verify information regarding family relationships.

• Assess potential eligibility for family-based immigration petitions.

• Clarify the general immigration process and necessary documentation.

• Follow up with potential clients about consultations and retainers.

• Assist in gathering supporting documents.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM and maintain case notes.

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams.

• Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with clients.

• Contribute to both individual and team conversion objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative).

• Understanding of qualifying family relationships.

• Familiarity with immigration documentation requirements.

• Experience with CRM systems and client management.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
