Family Office Executive, Private Risk – Insurance Advisory Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for family office clients, managing intricate risk portfolios and ensuring efficient service delivery.

• Collaborate with advisors and internal business units to create comprehensive risk management strategies that cater to the changing needs of family offices.

• Engage in family office-oriented education, forums, and industry gatherings to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices.

• Work alongside insurance providers to devise innovative solutions for unique and complicated exposures, influencing product development and underwriting processes.

• Conduct quarterly (or more frequent) client meetings to assess coverage, identify new risks, and offer customized recommendations.

• Manage complex agency bill accounts, ensuring accuracy and clarity for clients while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Serve as a coordinator for internal relationships, harmonizing efforts across Private Risk, claims, and specialty teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in Private Risk or High Net Worth insurance brokerage, showcasing expertise in managing complex family office accounts.

• Active Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one within 90 days).

• Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CPRM) and experience with customized insurance programs for UHNW clients are preferred.
