Family Nurse Practitioner, NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conducting patient consultations through telehealth visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointment sessions, and email follow-ups.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning methods.

• Collaborating consistently with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Applying your specialized clinical training and seizing opportunities to deliver outstanding care to patients in a virtual setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Over the past five years, have worked as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of:

• Two years in an outpatient primary care environment caring for patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a valid license in New York and the capability to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts (required to work every Saturday or Sunday).

• Current shift times include (6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST).

• Demonstrated excellent clinical and communication skills.
