This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Primary Care Services: Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat both acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to enhance patient health outcomes.
• Patient Assessments: Gather medical histories, carry out physical examinations, and order as well as interpret diagnostic tests.
• Chronic Disease Management: Formulate and oversee treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Documentation: Keep accurate and timely patient records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Administrative Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with the clinic's opening and closing, managing inventory, following up with patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a clean environment.
• Preventive Care: Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients about disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaboration: Partner with other healthcare professionals, nurses, and medical assistants to provide comprehensive care.
• Community Outreach: Engage in outreach activities to promote awareness of the mobile clinic’s services and connect with the community.
• Actively participate in leadership-level planning to identify optimal growth opportunities.

• Education: Hold a Master’s or DNP Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree with completion of an accredited FNP program, alongside current Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB) Board Certification or an equivalent certification.
• Licensing: Currently licensed or eligible for California APRN licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience: Preferably possess clinical experience in family and primary care services.
• EHR Experience: Familiarity with electronic health records is preferred.
• Performance: Demonstrate the ability and willingness to deliver world-class service to all stakeholders.
• 80 PTO hours are available after the first 60 days of service.
