This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create a secure, homely atmosphere for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Deliver non-medical care in the comfort of clients' homes.

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.

• Assist clients with mobility needs.

• Help with meal preparation.

• Offer reminders for medication and appointments.

• Support with grooming and bathing tasks.

• Aid with toileting and incontinence challenges.

• Shop for groceries and manage errands.

• Provide transportation assistance.

• Ensure safety supervision.

• Empower individuals to gain independence, acquire new skills, feel secure, and integrate into a family setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Middle Tennessee to be eligible for this program.

• Previous experience in in-home caregiving is necessary.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Entry-level experience is acceptable.

• Must provide non-medical in-home assistance to individuals.
