Family Law/Business Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist with family law and business litigation cases

• Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery materials, settlement agreements, and various legal documents

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda

• Contribute to case strategy, analysis, and litigation planning

• Review case files and facilitate the progression of matters effectively

• Support hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation processes as required

• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and legal teams as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California

• At least 5+ years of experience in family law

• Preference for candidates with business litigation experience

• Strong expertise in motion practice, discovery, and case management

• Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis

• Capability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
