Family Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and develop a comprehensive caseload of family law cases from initial intake to final resolution.

• Manage matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and protective orders.

• Transition and enhance an existing portable book of business within the firm’s framework.

• Foster and grow client relationships and referral networks throughout the Maryland area.

• Advocate for clients in court, during mediations, and in settlement discussions across Maryland.

• Deliver strategic legal advice while nurturing outstanding client relationships.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to facilitate ongoing growth and market expansion throughout Maryland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.

• A minimum of five years of experience in family law.

• Proven track record of generating and maintaining a portable book of business.

• Strong litigation and courtroom experience.

• Established capability to independently manage a demanding caseload.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a successful practice.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
