Family Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.

• Prepare legal documents and advocate for clients in court settings.

• Engage in negotiations to reach settlements on behalf of clients.

• Handle sensitive cases with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.

• Work closely with clients to effectively address and overcome legal challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.

• Active membership in the Washington State bar.

• At least 1 year of experience in family law practice.

• In-depth understanding of family law regulations, case law, and court procedures.

• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations.

• Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

• A compassionate and patient demeanor in advocating for clients.
