Family Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Proactively oversee family law cases from inception to resolution.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, including monthly status updates and weekly case reviews.

• Offer recommendations for improvements to practice managers.

• Monitor performance metrics to assess achievements and client satisfaction utilizing practice quality software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience practicing family law in Texas, with seven or more years being highly preferred.

• Possess a valid Texas bar license for at least two years.

• Strong research and writing abilities.

• A genuine passion for conducting hearings, participating in the courtroom, and managing Mediations and Consultations.

• Energetic and highly motivated individual.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Familiarity with TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting/client management software, as well as proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.

• Ability to draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
