This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Delivers engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students on a daily basis

• Offers targeted, personalized feedback through various techniques

• Adjusts instruction according to the students' levels of mastery

• Analyzes student data to determine suitable actions that enhance student performance

• Fosters a welcoming classroom environment while adhering to course setup and management protocols

• Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with families and communicates proactively with all stakeholders in a timely manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Valid state teaching license

• Capability to pass the required background check

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms
