This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of and deliver on performance metrics for your territory, including fair count, revenue, and revenue per fair (RPF) targets.
• Drive both new bookings and re-bookings while building and maintaining a robust pipeline of fairs within your territory.
• Actively engage in influencing and closing customer decisions, identifying opportunities to expand accounts and increase participation.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on fostering long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Collaborate with school hosts to enhance fair performance by coaching them on strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and overall sales.
• Recommend and upsell programs, promotions, and merchandising opportunities that drive revenue.
• Prepare hosts to effectively engage their school communities.
• Lead the execution of fairs as impactful, revenue-generating events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and positive financial outcomes.
• Proactively manage customer retention, which includes securing rebookings, strengthening partnerships, and salvaging at-risk fairs.
• Conduct outbound and inbound customer outreach, follow-ups, and manage account activities.
• Track and document outreach efforts, pipeline status, and performance insights within the CRM system.
• Support territory performance by prioritizing opportunities, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity expectations and territory performance objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of demonstrated successful sales experience in territory/account management, personal selling, and customer growth.
• Proven ability to close sales, influence customer decisions, and expand account growth.
• Preferred experience in event management or executing customer-facing programs.
• Proficient in MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school-related activities is desirable.
• Capability to execute a vision, manage several priorities, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and influencing abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues, superiors, and customers.
