Faculty Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for faculty inquiries, concerns, issues, and class-related requirements.

• Offer prompt support and troubleshooting for issues impacting class delivery, faculty preparedness, student experience, and operational continuity.

• Oversee faculty onboarding, orientation, and support to ensure instructors are ready for the launch.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and individual check-ins with faculty members.

• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and development to enhance faculty effectiveness and consistency.

• Perform faculty observations, evaluations, and performance reviews utilizing recordings, metrics, student feedback, and other quality measures to offer actionable feedback and support faculty performance.

• Supply subject matter expertise and instructional guidance to faculty as necessary.

• Manage faculty professional development and continuous training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current and valid AAPC certification.

• Previous teaching experience in corporate training or adult education is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in teaching or supporting online learning is preferred.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, or evaluating instructors, educators, or faculty is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

• Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate issues involving faculty, students, systems, and operations.
