This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Supports the Facilities Manager in ensuring that maintenance for facilities is conducted promptly according to established processes and standards for maintenance, repair, and replacement.
β’ Offers administrative assistance to a Facilities Management team.
β’ Prepares purchase requisitions, processes invoices, generates financial reports, tracks purchased materials and services, and collaborates closely with the Area, Region, and FM group teams.
β’ Manages computer databases including purchase and work orders, communicates preventative maintenance schedules, and maintains facility records.
β’ Carries out additional office and administrative tasks and travels as required.
β’ Completion of two years of post-secondary education.
β’ Three to five years of varied clerical experience or equivalent, showcasing computer skills and experience with Windows, Microsoft Applications, and the ability to learn other software applications as necessary.
β’ This role necessitates a strong emphasis on customer support and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing capabilities.
β’ Basic business accounting knowledge, including an understanding of invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
β’ Strong organizational abilities, encompassing filing, scheduling, time management, and prioritization.
β’ Required: IFMA Training - Essentials of Facility Management.
