Facility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of designated facility sites within a diverse multi-market portfolio.

• Assist in operations and maintenance tasks encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and emergency power supply systems.

• Collaborate closely with site stakeholders and client representatives to guarantee that all properties function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

• Organize and facilitate operation and maintenance support provided by vendor partnerships.

• Administer preventative maintenance and operational programs to ensure peak performance and reliability of building systems.

• Manage vendor performance to ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual, safety, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for owners and occupants, fostering strong, professional relationships.

• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and response initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of extensive facility and/or property management experience.

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution.

• Professional certification such as RPA, CPM, or CFM is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain facility management teams effectively.

• Strong financial, budgeting, and accounting skills.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of facility systems and building operations.

• Proficient in computer systems, software, and administrative tools.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to adapt and grow as the portfolio's scope and complexity evolve.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
