Facility Manager – After Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing urgent repair and maintenance requirements during after-hours periods

• Managing and dispatching service tickets to ensure prompt resolution of client issues

• Providing both written and verbal updates to internal team members and clients regarding the status of work orders

• Assisting in the preparation of job assessments, securing pricing, and obtaining client approvals

• Maintaining consistent communication with clients during after-hours coverage

• Supervising and supporting Afterhours team members in a completely remote environment

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree with three years of experience in Project Management or an equivalent combination of training and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
