Facilities Department Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee service requests, monitor repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out.

• Liaise with the facilities team, vendors, and management.

• Keep accurate records and invoices to facilitate prompt issue resolution.

• Support the scheduling of preventive maintenance initiatives.

• Compile and share reports with operations leadership.

• Engage with vendors to clarify service expectations.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and facility regulations.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

• Experience with invoice processing and vendor relations.
