Facilities Condition Assessment Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform detailed on-site visual evaluations of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), assessing all systems and components linked to facilities and structures to ascertain operational efficiency, capacity, and anticipated lifespan.

• Employ proprietary software tools on computers, iPads, or tablets to enter, verify, and manage facility condition assessment data.

• Maintain data integrity through regular updates, validations, and comprehensive reporting.

• Create inventory condition reports and technical updates for facilities newly incorporated into the client portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.

• Comply with rigorous industry and company standards.

• Exceptional communication and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Advanced skills in Excel are necessary.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Capability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• Required experience in the construction or maintenance fields.

• Must qualify for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation).

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• Former military personnel with experience in construction or facilities management are strongly encouraged to apply.
