This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee unclassified and classified space planning for CSD, which includes allocation, reconfiguration, and alignment with agency-level space planning initiatives.
• Assist in the development of future space utilization requirements based on workforce demands, mission expansion, hybrid/telework influences, and specialized operational space needs.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve facilities-related issues, inquiries, and service requests across various CSD locations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering between CSD subdivisions and agency facilities partners for new or modified spaces, relocations, and optimization of workspaces.
• Provide updates, reporting, and communication to CSD leadership regarding facilities matters, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Maintain and monitor IT equipment allocated to or utilized by CSD personnel, including laptops, peripherals, monitors, and telework assets.
• Collaborate with CISA OCIO on IT equipment needs, system requirements, refresh actions, and issues reported by personnel.
• Deliver customer service, troubleshooting, replacements, and workspace setup assistance to CSD team members.
• Keep inventory records, reconcile equipment statuses, and ensure compliance with accountable property handling and storage protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for OCIO coordination regarding IT provisioning, equipment moves, workspace IT configuration, and hybrid-work or facilities needs.
• Compile and coordinate CSD responses to legitimate FOIA requests.
• Assist Records Custodians and subdivisions in identifying, collecting, and uploading relevant records.
• Train and guide Records Custodians on FOIA response processes, shared-drive usage, CATT task flows, and documentation standards.
• Review responsive documents for completeness and categorization prior to notifying CSD ExecSec.
• Collaborate with the CISA FOIA Office and manage tracking and archiving of necessary documentation.
• Maintain status tracking, metrics, and audit-ready records for FOIA requests.
• BA/BS degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DHS Suitability Required.
• Capability to manage Controlled Unclassified Information and adhere to safeguarding and compliance protocols.
• Familiarity with facilities space planning, allocation, reconfiguration, and workspace optimization.
• Ability to predict space usage based on workforce needs, mission growth, hybrid/telework effects, and specialized operational requirements.
• Proficient in coordinating facilities issues, requirements, relocations, and service requests across multiple sites.
• Experience in tracking IT equipment, inventory, accountable property, and telework assets.
• Skilled in coordinating IT provisioning, equipment refreshes, workspace configuration, troubleshooting, and replacements.
• Experience in FOIA request coordination and records management.
• Knowledge of CATT task flows, FOIA repositories/shared drives, documentation standards, and audit-ready tracking.
