Facilities and Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple intricate projects and teams throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Synchronize and coordinate cross-functional team efforts within a matrix environment

• Partner with various functional areas to ensure a cohesive project strategy

• Direct facilities maintenance and construction projects from proposal development to project completion

• Apply a thorough risk management strategy

• Fulfill Control Account Manager (CAM) duties

• Manage the engagement of subcontractors

• Create, sustain, and oversee integrated project schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of experience in Project Management

• More than 4 years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects

• Demonstrated capability to effectively communicate project status to executive leadership

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to keep accurate and easily accessible project documentation

• Background in contract and vendor management
