This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Foster relationships with facilitators across a range of school and district accounts through onboarding, office hours, success planning, and community management.
β’ Track product usage and highlight facilitator trends, recurring challenges, feedback patterns, and indicators of risk.
β’ Implement the vision for facilitator experience and manage communication schedules.
β’ Share facilitator insights with the Customer Success and Support/Implementation teams.
β’ Conduct Office Hours and address facilitator inquiries and support requests in SmartLab Spot.
β’ Oversee the facilitator journey from onboarding to achieving confidence and certification.
β’ Moderate the facilitator community within Spot.
β’ Perform proactive check-ins to mentor instructional practices, track SmartLab ecosystem adoption, uncover growth opportunities, and link facilitators with resources.
β’ Occasionally lead training sessions when there are gaps in trainer availability.
β’ Create and revise professional learning materials, including Foundations Training, Extend Sessions, customized sessions, Knowledge Base and Spot content, and resources for facilitators.
β’ Update and maintain SmartLab Spot content and Knowledge Base articles in line with curriculum and product modifications.
β’ Ensure data integrity and reporting in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday.com for the assigned portfolio.
β’ Adhere to cross-team collaboration processes alongside Customer Success and Support.
β’ Oversee the facilitator certification pathway and track certification progress, training completions, resource usage, and engagement metrics to enhance the facilitator experience.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline; relevant classroom or coaching experience is acceptable.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in K-12 education, professional development for K-12, or training for K-12 educators.
β’ Experience in designing or delivering adult learning experiences, particularly in a hands-on or project-based setting.
β’ Excellent relationship-building and virtual facilitation abilities.
β’ Capability to create simple learning materials, such as videos, job aids, and course content, without the need for a large production team.
β’ Knowledge of STEM or project-based learning pedagogies is preferred.
β’ Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred.
