Facilitation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery of the learning experience across all programs.

• Ensure that all learning interactions are aligned with the Think, Apply, Grow model, focusing on practical application and meaningful engagement for learners.

• Uphold consistent delivery standards amongst facilitators, programs, and formats, guaranteeing a high-quality and cohesive learner experience.

• Monitor the quality of facilitation throughout sessions, proactively identifying risks and intervening as needed to ensure excellence in delivery.

• Promote a human-centered approach to learning, ensuring that learners feel supported, challenged, and engaged at every stage of their journey.

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous management of facilitators, coaches, and Industry Experts, ensuring adherence to MasterStart standards.

• Develop and sustain a high-performing network of facilitators capable of providing consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

• Foster ongoing capability development through structured coaching, feedback, training sessions, and performance support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in training and facilitation (both online and in-person).

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing teams or facilitator networks.

• Demonstrated experience in: Course facilitation, Facilitator development, and Learner engagement strategies.

• Strong knowledge of: Digital learning environments, Facilitation techniques, and Learner engagement models.

• Experience with: LMS platforms, Virtual classrooms, and Online engagement tools.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

• High attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
