This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide technical support to customers: Respond to inquiries regarding digital locking systems (e.g., electronic locks, relays, fittings), configure systems via phone or remote maintenance, and diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• System analysis and problem-solving: Analyze technical issues related to the interaction of IT components and locking technology, as well as support the integration into existing IT and building management infrastructures.
• Software support: Operate and provide support for management software for digital locking systems, including performing updates and maintenance.
• Customer consulting and training: Advise on technical possibilities and assist users and administrators in utilizing digital locking technology.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and support tickets, as well as provide feedback to development teams regarding recurring issues.
• Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with sales, development, and product management to incorporate customer feedback and assist with testing phases of new products.
• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable technical qualification.
• Initial professional experience in technical support or customer service.
• Proficient in common IT systems and documentation tools; MCSA certification is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills for international communication.
