Facets Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serve as both the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application.

• Address any business inquiries related to member enrollment.

• Oversee a development team consisting of 5-6 developers, managing all aspects related to enrollment.

• Resolve tier 2 application tickets efficiently.

• Provide valuable insights to the development team to address incidents effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry is essential.

• At least 5 years of experience with FACETS, FACETS extensions, and member experience, including related application areas.

• Knowledge of EDI 834 and 820 is required.

• A strong background of 5+ years in SQL querying, debugging, and performance enhancement is crucial.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in web technologies, such as Angular or React, and .Net for creating RestAPIs is highly preferred (mandatory for the current role).
