This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Create and implement F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) solutions in public, private, and hybrid cloud settings.

• Provide secure application networking, API protection (WAAP), and DDoS mitigation services to enterprise clients worldwide.

• Streamline deployment and configuration processes using Terraform and Ansible.

• Manage the technical relationship with clients through proactive support and guidance.

• Practical experience with F5 Distributed Cloud (XC), or extensive experience with F5 BIG-IP / WAAP / API security, with a quick learning ability.

• Solid understanding of networking and security principles — including BGP, DNS, IPSec, firewalls, and routing.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• You must reside in, and continue to reside in, Costa Rica for the entire duration of your employment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate across various time zones with distributed teams and clients.
