This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Foster and enhance relationships with specialty bicycle retailers in the Belo Horizonte area.
• Seek out and engage new business opportunities.
• Oversee commercial metrics and sales objectives.
• Monitor the performance of stores and products, implementing strategies to optimize sales.
• Offer technical and commercial assistance to partner retailers.
• Engage in industry events and trade exhibitions to showcase products.
• Analyze market data, recognize trends, and modify sales strategies as necessary.
• Prior experience in commercial or sales positions, ideally within the bicycle or sporting goods industry.
• Strong negotiation skills: ability to conduct sales discussions persuasively and ethically, always aiming for the best result for both the company and the customer.
• Effective interpersonal communication: capacity to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust with business partners.
• Relationship management: ability to maintain close, long-term connections with partner retailers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Conflict resolution: skills in active listening, mediation, empathy, problem-solving, and conflict prevention.
• Proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel routes.
