Export Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• This position is part of the EMEA Solventum supply chain team within the Distribution/Logistics department.

• The Intercompany/Export Specialist serves on a team responsible for order management and export documentation for the NPWT business on a global scale.

• Regularly collaborating with various supply chain sectors, including warehouse operations, planning, transportation, quality assurance, and trade compliance teams to ensure the efficient and timely replenishment of export orders.

• This role reports directly to the NPWT Team Leader.

• As an Export Specialist - NPWT ICO, you will have the chance to explore your curiosity and work alongside some of the most innovative and diverse individuals worldwide.

• Your responsibilities will specifically involve managing NPWT intercompany export orders and export documentation via our ERP system to ensure the successful dispatch of replenishment orders to our global warehouses.

• The position entails interaction with various supply chain business teams across the globe.

• This includes close collaboration with warehouse teams to guarantee that replenishment orders are effectively dispatched to our global warehouses, which serve wholesalers and direct customers.

• The role requires daily issue resolution and necessitates a solid understanding of global supply chain operations.

• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload effectively are essential.

• A strong team player is essential, as the team is multi-functional.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Experience with ERP systems is necessary.

• Knowledge of export operations, including documentation requirements, is important.

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, especially Oracle, is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship (e.g., H1B status).
