This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating geological databases for the project.
• Performing the teching of drill core.
• Engaging in the cutting of drill core.
• Conducting soil, silt, and biogeochemical sampling.
• Assisting with geophysical surveys.
• Supporting the Geology team with accurate and timely data collection across all tasks.
• Assisting in the implementation of corporate safety and operational policies.
• Contributing to the development of new corporate and operational policies as needed.
• Providing assistance with various miscellaneous tasks during exploration.
• Previous experience as an Exploration Technician or in a similar role within the exploration industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
• A genuine desire to acquire new skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management abilities while being self-motivated.
• A positive and adaptable attitude suitable for a dynamic, high-demand work environment.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, are advantageous.
• Capability to lift and transport core boxes/sample bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work rotations of up to 28 days and reside in a camp environment at remote project locations.
